I went for an initial assessment, I was asked to read and sign a form but no real questions were asked on my health, I was taken straight into doing Pilates, I felt uncomfortable as there was dog hair everywhere which Im allergic to, (their dog wonders around the studio which is very messy) I paid 45.00 and was very disappointed, I would not recommend this studio.
Cannot recommend jadore Pilates enough, Lucy and Sam are experts in their field and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door, they have loads of equipment as well as running mat classes, I recommend Pilates to everyone no matter your shape, size, stamina or fitness, there is something for everyone and Lucy and Sam are never judgemental, always friendly and happy to help you out, a little gem of codsall!
