I have had an all round good experience with Choice Lets. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My tenancy was arranged quickly and professionally. Communication with the staff has been brilliant. The kitchen in the house could do with refurbishing/modernising but it serves its purpose and overall the house is fine.
I am a landlord and have used Choice Lets to find me new tenants for one of my properties. Their services included finding the tenants, vetting the tenants, organising check in, inventories and check outs. They were also happy to help with recommending contractors and other professionals for any work that needed doing in the property which was great. They often kept me up to date with the progress and discussed the possibility of protectives tenants. Of course the type of tenants chosen is entirely at the Landlords risk so the end decision is always with the Landlord. Their prices are competitive depending on the service you choose but I am very happy with the service the provide and will use them again.Keep up the good work!Alan
